Silver Wine Winner @ International Wine Challange 2015. 100% Sauvignon. Lovely modern style with ripe vibrant fruit and flinty minerals, fresh and youthful. Lime sherbet finish.
This noble wine is perfect as an aperitif but is also a delicious accompaniment to cold starters, seafood, shellfish and fish in the oven or papillotte. Of course also with the local delicacy: Crottin de Chavignol.
